This peanut butter pie is delicious. Add little peanut butter cups, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce to this simple pie to make it special!


Peanut Butter Pie Recipe


Preheat oven to 350°F.Crumble Oreos and heat butter. Grub a 9-inch springform pan

bottom and 1" up.Bake 10 minutes, wire-rack cool.


Mix cream in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment at high speed for stiff peaks. Reserve whipped cream in another big bowl.Beat peanut butter and cream cheese for 2 minutes on medi um-high speed with the paddle.


Step 2

Add vanilla and powdered sugar; beat 2 minutes. Whip cream into peanut butter with a rubber spatula un til streak-free.


Step 3

Cover the filling in the cold cookie crust and refrigerate 4 hours.Before serving, add whipped cream, mini peanut butter cups, and chocolate sauce.
