Strawberry layer cake has two layers of delicious cake filled with fresh strawberries and a sweet strawberry icing. This summery fruit cak e is fantastic!


Strawberry Layer Cake Recipe


Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch circles. Set aside.


Step 1

Mix the cake and pudding mixes, Greek yogurt, oil, water, eggs, and vanilla in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large bowl with a hand mixer. Mix well for two minutes on medium speed. Stir in diced strawberries.


Step 2

Split the batter between the cake pans. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping pans halfway, until well-risen and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.


Step 3

After 20 minutes, run a knife down the sides and transfer the cakes to wire cooling racks to finish cooling.
